In addition to carotenoids this has all the necessary vitamins, micro and macro elements, amino acids and minerals
My shrimp love this food.
Shrimp and snails love this! They flock to it!
at the current sale price this is worth the price. I bought this to try out since the price seemed worth it and my shrimp like it. they eat it similarly to any other plant based food and is a good to change things up from protein rich foods or complete foods.
This food is a great addition to your shrimps diet. I already had lots of high protein not plant based food, so getting some plant based food into their diet was a good thing to do. Just like the rest of this food line, this Green pellet goes well with my shrimp. I just break up the pellet to a smaller size and drop it into a petri dish for the shrimp to eat. It breaks up enough for even the smaller shrimp along with the adults. Overall great product!
Great veggie protein staple. It was very easy to break into smaller pieces for the tanks that had less shrimp. As soon as I drop this into any one of my tanks it gets swarmed. It also breaks down very quickly in the water so that more shrimp have access to it. Very pleased with the product.
Great food and as stated GREEN!
A great high quality complete diet. Excellent ingredients in a nice compact pellet. Breaks down easy but the shrimp never leave any mess behind to be concerned about. Feed this routinely, 1-2 x's weekly.
This plant food has highly nutritious carotenoids and precursors of vitamin A to promote shrimp health. It also has a power nutrient called astaxanthin which does so much more for the health than just improving coloration. Google Astaxanthin and you'll be amazed how this unique carotenoids is changing the cutting edge of nutritional science.
The food broke down very fast my shrimp swarmed and devoured all of it. Also easy to break into small pieces for feeding less populated tanks.
