Beautiful, Happy, Healthy Blue dream shrimp.   

Neocaridina shrimp are the most popular type of colorful shrimp found in aquariums. Their vivid colors along with their relative ease to keep and breed make them a favorite of both new and older hobbyists.

The parameters we keep them at are approximately PH 7.0, TDS 250, GH 8-10, KH 3-6. They will survive and thrive in a wide range of water conditions. These conditions are often met by simply using your local tap water and treating with a dechlorinator.

Shrimp are peaceful scavengers that do best in tanks with only shrimp. While your fish may not actively harass/eat them, at least early on, shrimp will tend to hide when they see a fish they are unsure of overhead. Shrimp will spend most of their time foraging on the bottom of the tank, on decorations like wood and stone, and on plants and mosses. It is very important to not overfeed them as this can cause your water quality to deteriorate.   Only feed them as much as they will consume in 2 hours. Any leftover food after that time should be removed.

    This is my first order buypetshrimp, and I am pleased with the shrimp. All were alive and quite beautiful. There was a variety of sizes which I liked. It’s been several days since receipt and all are doing well. The color is so rich. My only regret is I didn’t order a bigger batch.

    There was an unexpected delay during shipping and they arrived four days late but they all survived! They are a little pale but skipping happily around the tank.

    Blue dream shrimp came in healthy! All alive nice and blue! Took a few days for them to adjust but now they are swimming all over and seem to be enjoying new tank!! Will be buying more soon! `thank you Eric for helping out with order and quick response!

    I ordered 5 blue dream shrimp for a newly-shrimpkeeping friend's birthday, and although the shrimp I received are in great condition (even an extra and many babies!), they are ORANGE and not the blue I ordered! I hope to be able to update this with a better impression soon.

    I wanted to start a new colony of blue shrimp, so I ordered 10 of these. The package came much faster than I expected and all of the shrimp arrived alive. They look very blue and are so cute!
